Irritable Bowel Syndrome
I have been a patient of IBS-D for 4 years now. However now also I have sometimes constipation and sometimes diarrhoea. Is it possible for my condition to change to mixed.

Short answer is yes.....pattern of IBS changes several times over lifespan. As long as you have no new symptoms or fever or weight loss or passing blood in loo.....you are OK and  continue doing wat you've been doing so far. Best wishes Krishna X96632 83555X
