I am suffering from irrtiable bowel syndrome (diarrhoea mostly) plus I am skinny fat. Why my body is absorbing so much fat and no muscle. I daily eat 4 eggs but only 2 yolks, drink soy milk powder daily. I daily eat wheat because it does not cause much problem to me, though it contains gluten. However eating dairy, fast and junk food, fried foods causes stomach pain. What should I do to maintain my body?
