Irregular systolic blood pressure
I am having irregular systolic blood pressure problem since last one week like 167, 156,180 for last three days records. I am taking all medicine timely and my diastolic blood pressure is around 80 , pulse rate between 80-90. Is it normal???
Taking normal diet like rice at lunch and roti at dinner. Please suggest remedies/ medicine for stability of my blood pressure.

Hi your blood pressure is high and your medications to be adjusted to get good control. Consult with doctor for further management.
