Irregular shaped mouth ulcer
I have a irregular  mouth ulcer which is painful in nature. But my concern is why there is recurrence of mouth ulcer too rapidly.

There maybe some cause. Tobacco, sharp teeth, stress that needs attention. Better to consult physician/ oncologist or send pictures to rule out other possibility.
