I have irregular periods cycle. Sometimes it is 28 days, sometimes 29/30/31. I have bad acne on my face.. Preg test negative. Don't know what's wrong

Get an ultrasound done to clear doubts on PCOs and also get ur testesterone,thyroid and prolactin levels checked.
