Irregular periods with very less bleedin
My periods irregular with little bleeding . thyroid test done it was normal. for the same prblm i went for ultrasound 3 years back found endometrium layer was 9 mm thick . I was told that wa the reason for my harmonal imbalance.I was given contraceptives for the same.then my cycle was regular.for the past six months i m trying to conceive but the same irregular periods happening as i am not taking oral contraceptives.what to do on this

Irregular periods are due to a number of causes.stress at work/home could also be a factor.also might have to check for any lesions around cervix , hormonal blood tests can also be done .so basically we need to keep on ruling out different possibilities. N u need a thorough clinical check up/in person consultation.

You need to regularise your cycles and start with supplements and then once the cycles are regular, you can plan for pregnancy
