Irregular periods with severe pain
My 16 yr old daughter is having irregular periods since last December . After December she got her periods in Feb . She was put on progesterone tablets for 5days n she had her periods in March .Again in April she had CRINA for three days n after 4days her periods started. They lasted for two n half days . Although now bleeding is not there but the pain is not going . The pain starts from uterus n goes in the legs . Got her ultrasound done . Uterus size 7.1x4.3x3.5cms Endometrial thickness 7.1mm Both ovaries are normal in size shape &echotexture. No cysts seen Right kidney shows 4mm &3 mm upper pole calcului Left kidney shows 3mm upper pole &3mm mid pole calculi. No hydronephrosis . She has started with homeopathy medicines for stone but the pain n contractions are severe at times . The pain subsides with Mafatlal spas but doesn't stop . Please advice me

abnormal periods can be because of stess/change of place/hormonal change ...like thyroid or prolactin disorder/. pain during mensus can be due to fibroid uterus or endometriosis/ n sometimes its just dysmenorrhoea because of uterine ischaemia during uterine contractions.visit good gynecologist for further investigations to find out the cause n for management
