Irregular periods, weight gain PCOS
Hi . I was having spotting or irregular periods for a year. I consulted doc and in my usg scan I was diagnosed with PCOS bulky ovaries . I'm also planning for pregnancy .I'm 151 cm and weigh 92kg . Doc prescribed oosure m  bd for 6months and krimson 35 to have  on second day of period for 21 days like that for 3months and then after three months to take cor3 tablets .I still have very light bleeding or no periods when I'm on oosure m so when I saw little bleeding I counted as second day and took krimson35. Now I dont get any bleeding or stopped / tiny few drops of blood I get as period . I'm trying to stay active and watching on diet . do I continue to take krimson and oosure m??!. I get diarrhea and irritation when I take these tablets . I have low vitamin d levels of 13 with normal calcium levels .can I take 3000iu vitamin D3 tablets along with these above mentioned tablets ???
