First get a urine pregnancy test done.. if it's negative, then u can give sysron ncr tablet for withdrawal bleeding

1stly rule out pregnancy by UPT test,,if patient is pregnant & is willing for abortion or if she is under any psychiatric medications,then consult any nearby gynaecologist for abortion,No doctor will give any abortive drugs without the patient's approval !!!

Do a urine pregnancy test first. If negative she can take sysron ncr twice a day for 5 days and wait for withdrawal bleeding Also few blood tests will be needed - thyroid profile,fasting prolactin,fsh,lh
