Irregular periods or hair fall or pimple

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am having pimples and a lot of hair fall. My periods are irregular for the last 6–7 months — sometimes they come, sometimes they don’t (one month yes, one month no). Recently, I did LH, FSH, and Prolactin tests and the reports are mostly normal.
