Irregular periods
My periods were pretty delayed and they are generally irregular. I have started having normoz tablets and got my periods.. I am 31 years old and planning pregnancy should I continue to have normoz while trying to conceive? Any advice for quick pregnancy as we have been trying for quite sometime but due to irregular periods it's getting difficult.

Hello, menopause  is very unstable age due to hormonal changes which your body is to face, so first start calcium rich food like broccoli, legumes pea, iron rich vegetables like leafy vegetables, nuts, avoid coffee, and fatty food, start walking and daily house hold activities  so that you may not become fatty. Regular milk and curd is necessary, you can add some medicines for that you should consult me on Practo consult.

Since you said you are on normoz  I assume you have PCOD and that you have a tendency  to gain weight. Yes you are advised to continue normoz while trying to conceive...  But the tablet alone will not help...  You need to lose weight with diet and exercise and time your intercourse well.  Do take folio acid too. You can take ovulation  inducing drugs for a quicker route...  But you need to consult with a fertility specialist for the same who Wil do a few tests on you and your husband  before making a decision.
