Im getting irregular for the past 4 yrs. Is it possible to make it regularized through ayurvedic treatment?

I don't have any idea of ayurvedic medicine.In allopathic so many medicine are available but before starting meet to doctor and get done investigation and first take medicine for withdrawal.
