Irregular periods. Doctor now a days.

I m 24 yr old ..i have irregular periods since long ..i had taken the doris pill for 1 year ..and due to lockdown i cant able to buy it for three months ...and i again suffer from irregular periods..so i started taking pills again ..as i started taking pills i have some bleeding within 10 days of taking pill..and got my periods 4 days before the cycle ..before these pills suits me well ..i dont have any irregular bleeding or any type of abdominal pain or nausia ..bt now a days i dont feel well after taking pill ...i feel heavy ,nausea,and a kind of pain in my abdomen ...i think these pills now not suiting me as i stop taking them for few months ... ..i started the second pack bt again i dont feel well ...bt i have to complete the pack ...just tell me should i stop taking pills from next month ....or its normal to have such symptoms during having pills ..i m little worried as i cant meet the doctor now a days ..
