I'm 18 years old two years back I had severe irregularities in periods like 2 to 3 months without periods .but the reason could be no body movement I used to just sit the whole day and study. I gained so much weight about 65kg.Then I started working hard involved in so much physical activity and gradually reduced weight. Then I got my periods regularly. Now I'm making sure I workout every day . I m getting periods regularly but still sometimes I m getting it like 5 days delay. This month I got it with delay of 10 days.Could u plz help to sort out the reason . Maybe suggest me any diet changes

Hi greetings.Periods depend on hormonal balance which in turn depends on several factors like physical activity, lifestyle state of mind etc.So you can work on these factors first. If you are still not relieved of it we can go for higher investigations to find other pathologies. All the best
