Irregular periods
I have had irregular periods since forever and it gets delayed by approximately 14 days every cycle. For some cycles it has been even one month but never got delayed more than that. I have done my hemoglobin and thyroid profile, both the results came back normal. Also my lower abdomen USG report came back absolutely normal too. Now should I do any further tests to diagnose the cause behind my irregularities in periods? Or exercising and eating healthy would make my cycle normal on its own?

If the ultrasound does not mention PC OS reason for the irregular and delayed periods would be hormonal  imbalance if you are on the higher side of the BMI definitely exercising and losing weight will make your periods regular
