Irregular periods
I am 22 years old and I am working. I have irregular periods. It's like this for a long time. At times it comes normally with slight delay but in January it came twice and in February it didn't come yet... but I have lower abdominal pain. I am scared that I have some hormonal imbalance or pcod. Kindly help

No need to be scared....Pcod is not a disease. If you neglect certain small problems ...Then they turn into disease. Please go to your Gynaec and get a scan done. Get your blood investigations done too. Exercise regularly and have fresh vegetables.

Hello. There is no need to get scared. Hormonal imbalance is very common and very much treatable. If you are overweight, weight loss will help. Try to maintain a regular schedule for meals and sleeping. Have more water, fruits and vegetables.
