Irregular periods
Hlo i m 24 yr old ...i have pcos ...last year doctor told me to have pills (doris ) i have it for one year ...after that i stop taking pills ..bt after two months of stopping pills i again started irregualr periods ...so i started using ayurvediv methods like oziva drinks for pcos .they r quite effective bt not fully effective ...my periods are getting delayed evwn after having pcos drinks and my face is cover with acne ...i m very burried about my face ..my confidence is dropped ...i want to know should i again start taking the pill (doris) because it suits me and also my face get clear after having the pills ...if yes than i want to know for how many year i continue taking pills ..plz answer me ...is their are side effects taking pill for prolong or is it okk ...plz tell me for how many year should i take pill

Kindly start the pills again With that try to lose weight around 5-6 kg This should solve the issue in 5-6 months.
