Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi my doctor had checked for my irregular periods and prescribed a medicine for 5 days and asked to wait for 10 days for periods to come... There were few test that she has suggested that has to be done on second day of my periods . Do I need to be on empty stomach for the tests...?
