Hello there. There are a lot if things that can cause irregular periods. Stress, irregular food habits, smoking, poly cystic ovarian disease etc are a few. As for your lump, it needs to be checked out. Does your lump have any relation with your periods? Better to get everything checked out. Get your USG and blood workup done and consult a gynaecologist near you. They will do the needful. Regards

As u have multiple problems, u shud consult gynecologist for complete examination, counselling and for further treatment

Hey. Most common cause of irregular periods is pcos , obesity also accompany with pcos . Get ultrasound of ovaries done .consult gynaecologist . lump in breast is not should not be neglected ,it should be examined consult surgeon.
