Irregular periods
From last two months I am having irregular periods. Earlier I used to have a normal 28 days cycle. But after taking birth control pills for just one month my periods got delayed. I discontinued it. Now my periods are irregular (more than 30 days)  and it's hard to track my ovulation cycle. Please suggest how can I bring my cycle back to normal.

Cycles anywhere between 21 to 35 days is normal. Nothing to be worried if the cycle is less than 35 days.
Next Steps
If it is more than 35 days hormones need to be tested to identify the underlying cause. Most common reasons could be thyroid or elevated blood sugar levels or prolactin increase.
