When to do Serum beta hcg after only one sexual intercourse. I don't want pregnancy, my period is very irregular. Sometime it goes for two three months.

You should do beta HCG level or urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after the single isolated sexual intimacy.
The reason ; suppose you have ovulated a day before intercourse or you ovulate within 3 days after the intercourse then only you have a chance to conceive. If you ovulate around the time I mentioned above, and if you don't conceive then you will get your periods about 14 days after the date of intercourse . So it is logical that the three week gap after the intercourse will surely give a positive response if you are pregnant. If the test is negative then you certainly didn't conceive during that single sexual intercourse.
