Asked for Female, 23 Years

Her last date for period was 24/12/2018 after periods she goes into intercourse and it was unsafe on 7/1/19 so she had taken I pill on 7/1/19 Now she is having pain in her lower abdomen and headache. With burn in vagina and now she start bleeding little . Is this is her periods or her period will again come back on 24/1/19. Tell me some solution she is feeling tired this time.
