Irregular Mensural cycle
I have missed my period. My last cycle was 44 days ago. I have irregular cycles ranging between 30-35 days with an average of 32 days roughly. Now as me and my husband has been willing to start our family now, last month was our first attempt but yesterday I tested via the kit 2 times ( one evening and one early morning test) , the result came negative both times. Since the last 15 days I have been experiencing symptoms like mild lower abdominal cramps, breast pain and frequent urination along with leg cramps. I have also been struggling with period pain in the last 6 months,( I have a 4 day cycle and my menarche was at 11 years of age). Period pains were always there, but now they go for all 4 days of my cycle and I have to be dependent on anti- spasmodics generally for the first 2 days at least. I got a general routine blood test done this year in January where all the parameters were normal.

If your pregnancy test is negative, you maybe having a delayed cycle. Since you are planning to start a family it would be better to get a gynaecologist consultation for further clarity.

Hi. Probably you are going to get the periods soyou are getting body pain. Paracetamol 650 mg can be taken for that if you are not allergic to it . You need to do a pelvis scan since you are planning a family now . Do it on d5 of your cycle .
