Irregular menstural cycle
I m not getting my periods in regular span of time for past 6 months and gained some weight without any reason. There is no change in food habits.

You will need to consult a gynaecologist as it will advisable to get a diagnosis made. According to your symptoms you may be having PCOS, which will have to be confirmed.
