Pain is common in many girls. Irregular cycles have to be rectified by a gynaecologist. You need to be investigated and scanned too. Do regular exercise and drink a lot of water. Have a lot of natural foods and indulge more in green salads . Have gooseberries ,locally known as Amla. Some girls have Polycystic ovaries which may be the cause for irregular cycles. So go to your doctor please.
