Irregular menstrual bleeding..

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am 23 years old unmarried..3months ago I experienced absence of my menstrual bleeding so I consult with doctor and he gave me sysron ncr 15 for 5days and ovalife for 3months..after that I have normal periods for 3month but this month my periods is again later..what should I do now??
