Irregular menses or light menses
My periods are very irregular heavy bleeding for one mont and very very light for next one and last 2 years ago i had taken medicine(12 months) for short cycles and pain in lower abdomen n that tym my ultrasound reports shows small follicular cyst in right ovary and after treatment my periods is regular but for last 2 to 4 months this problem is happening asvi mentioned above . I also feel weakness jn my legs or whole body my weight is 37 and height 152 cm what can i do ... i m taken proper deit now ...

Go to gym, take protein and you can put on weight. For period problem get one ultrasound again along with hormones test done
