Irregular menses
I skipped my menses for a week this this month. My regular periods every month happens during 19-22nd each month. I missed this month. I am married but no symptoms of pregnancy as I had it checked twice by pregnancy test.

If u hv been overdue and pregnancy test s negative , you need to do a beta hcg blood test to be sure you are not pregnant.
If thats negative then wait for 1 week fir spontaneous resumption of your menstrual cycles
