Irregular menses
I have irregular menses since 4 yrs. Took lot of medicines bt didn't wrk. All reports are normal. When I was 13 my Mendes started. Only 6 mnths menses was regular. Then they stop until I took medicine.

Your symptoms seems to very unclear ....need to check your Nadi for further evaluation. Root cause have to be found for effective treatment....however in general...start moong diet at night only....get some ayurvedic mild purgative like gandharva haritaki...
Clear out your digestive system....
