Dyspareunia and pain during menses
I experience dyspareunia and pain during menses especially along with heavy flow of blood on second days of menses. Does that indicate I have an ovarian cyst. I have a history of cancer running in my family where second degree members like my maternal aunts have died due to various forms of cancer. Which tests should I get done?

There is no dyspareunia in ovarian cancer
There are various reasons at your age why dyspareunia along with dysmenorrhoea is there like endometriosis
If you want you can check with genetic markers for ovarian and breast cancer which are hereditary
