  4. Irregular menses. For this change?

For the last 4 times in my menses im having spotting for the first time then the normal cycle begins only after 2 days ..i visited doctor they said that im having very mild multifollicular ovaries..is that the reason for this change?y it happens like this..bt my cycles is normal..that is i will get my menses once in 26 days only..i wish to know the reasons for this
