My father (66yrs) has been suffering from moderate constipation symptoms and his bowels are not regular at all. He is also losing his appetite. Till now he has no fever, but has been experiencing a slight occassional pain in the epigastric region. Since our family physician is not available currently, could anyone suggest a medicine to resolve this problem? He had taken a dulcoflex tablet yesterday but it didn't solve the problem at all. Please help?🙏
