Asked for Female, 35 Years

My age is 35 years old. I am facing irregular periods cycle sometimes it comes 9 days before previous date. Sometimes it is Just 2 days after. Flow is also bit irregular. I feel tired even if not in periods. I just got tested for thyroid and it's normal. I look much older than my age. My face also looks pale and dark. Please help
