Irregular blood spotting

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am havig irregular blood spotting post periods. I am having periods as well for 15days with minimal spotting n post this also I notice blood clots on my innerwear and tissue and it smell bad. I am confused what is causing this. I always feel pain in lower back as well. Please help. Checked thyroid it was negative.
