Irratation and Itching in pelvic region

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I've been having consistent irritation and itching in my pelvic area after having unprotected sex. There is no visible rash, bumps, etc. I have taken a urine sample test for common STD's, and was examined but nothing was found. I have been applying an ointment for Jock itch, but after 3 weeks (directions said apply for 2 weeks) the itching and irritation still persists.
