Thyroxine is to be taken in empty stomach and not to take any fluids or solid food till atleast half to one hour after this. Iron and calcium tablets can be taken at noon or at night at separate times. There should be a minimum gap of 4 hrs between thyroid medications and these tablets

Hello.. Thyroxine supplements should be taken on empty stomach for proper absorption of drug.. So take your thyroid tablet just aftrr u wake up mrng.. Keep half hr to one hour gap between tablet consumption and breakfast.. U can better take other vitamin supplements in the afternoon or evening to avoid interference or keep 2 hr gap between thyroid tablet and other medicines.
