What could cause a high RBC count? Last year I was diagnosed with anemia with Hb 11.1. Since then I'm on iron tablets. Does iron supplementation cause high RBC count?

NOT ANEMIA ONLY DIET IMPROVEMENT CAN CORRECT.
ONE YEAR ON IRON SUPPLEMENT UNBELIEVABLE.
THREE MONTHS IS SUFFICIENT.
STOP IRON RBC WILL BE NORMAL.
