  4. Iron deficiency. Oral iron supplements?

I have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, confirmed with biopsy and colonoscopy. Presently I have only one symptom- PR BLEED. Today my blood work came back. Hb is 15 and iron is 57. Should I take oral iron supplements? Please advise
