Doctor suggested the iron drop(tonoferon) After that I have little but research on internet and i found that there are two methods to address the iron deficiency anemia. Colloidal iron and ferrous ascorbate. Ferrous ascorbate is not effective Can you please suggest, how to address the problem? What should be diet for iron deficiency anemia.
