Iron deficiency anemia symptoms: paleness, weakness, (ghabrahat) agitation, low energy, cold feet hands, cold heart sometimes, slow heartbeat, lab report: tibc(total iron binding capacity) is 525, serum iron is 111, hb is 13, questions: what should i take and for how much long? please text me dose, duration, and medicines for this condition, thank you!
