First got PACs then irbbb on ecg all after one hcq400 and loads of medicine like remedesivir dexa anti coagulants by the hospital for covid. If we have irbbb for an year or more will it damage the heart ? Now whenever I lie down it feels like baby kicking in the left chest every minute or 5 minutes

Hello,
If you have irbbb in all your previous ECG, then nothing to worry its just a normal variant. But previous ECG is normal and irbbb developed newly then we jave to do 2D Echo to look for jeart function and pulmonary HTN.
