Iop concerns
I have iop of 15 right eye and 18 left eye without dialiated pupil . Is this iop normal as I have assemtry of 3 iop . Is this iop assemtry normal as i read somewhere  iop assemtry of 3 means glucoma  or not and please  provide reason with your answer.

Basically, Assymemetry of 3 mmHg of IOP between 2 eyes is an ideal situation. At clinic we use NCT machine for IOP where value can fluctuate by a factor 3-4 due to eye movement, eye strain, excessive squeezing during IOP measurement. So the IOP that u mention is within normal limit. And difference of 3 is not of concern here.

It is normal.nothing of glaucoma if u have family history of glaucoma consult from the age of 18
