Hi... please avoid pacifiers as much as they attract infections ... the sleep pattern is uneven in the babies and they might be awake most of the night. The most important thing is ... is the baby feeding well??? Spend atleast 15 min breastfeeding giving equal time to both breasts. Does the baby cry a lot all through the nigh??? Have u checked if u have adequate breast milk??? Cos if the baby is not fully fed , it might not sleep well. What’s the birth weight and Has the baby regained its birth weight ???
