There is no correlation with fibroid and increase in body weight.
Do excercise for weight reduction.
For fibroid if symptomatic consultant a gynec.

Gaining weight and fibroid are two separate things.
For weight loss go for diet and exercise.
For fibroid get a good transvaginal sonography done to detect the size , location , number and type of fibroid.
