I am irritated when something changes from usual. For example, suppose some of my friends come home, instead of interacting fully with them,my mind in background is thinking of things changed after they came like shoes position, bed disorder,some present work interrupted, something they picked & kept somewhere else,etc

This is suggestive of obsessive compulsive personality disorder. You need to take medications and cognitive behaviour therapy to manage this problem. Please see a psychiatrist to assess you and treat your problem.
