Hello,
Thank you for your query. Will surely help you.
Piles happens when you are severely constipated which ultimately happens due to lack of fibre or water in your diet. Eating small and frequent meals, cutting down on fried foods, spices and oil in your diet, including good amounts of fruits and vegetables and other fibre-rich foods in your diet along with adequate water intake is very important. Incase you are facing alot of difficulty, have food which is easy to digest. Small diet and lifestyle changes will definitely help you see the difference with time. Avoid excess use of laxatives, as they will only make your intestines weaker in the long run. Hope this information helps.
