Internal piles at 4 th stage
My wife has internal piles at 4th stage now,it is done because of pregnancy. What to do now, anybody can help?

This problem is due to constipation.
Avoid constipated diet. avoid fatty and spicy diet.
Avoid long sitting job.
Surgery is advised for piles of your wife.
But she is pregnant so we can delay using above treatment.
