Intermittent pain in lower back
I have intermittent pain in my lower back for past one week. It gets worse if i bent down or do some difficult work. Its getting relief in few hours. I delivered a baby 8 months Am a breastfeeding mother what shall i do .. What might be the issue Pls do help me

Since you are a lactating mother ,you need a lot of calcium.inadequate calcium stored in your body will cause you frequent back pains
Next Steps
take tablet supracal XT once daily with a glass of milk.for pain relief used volini gel for local application and tab aceclopara after food if the pain is  intense .
