Intermittent pain in left testicle
Hi , For past 3-4 months I had pain on left testicle I went to doctor for that and itching and pain in urination and he said to do a ultrasound Found no lumps or swelling on physical examination And USG was clear for scrotum but slight swelling in bladder was given antibiotics for seven days then issue some what reduced no pain But now after 3 months again slight pain side of left testicle not seeing any swelling or lumps on examination Advice the pain usually happen when testicle is moved too much or tissue stretched Advice

Its orchalgia. Happens in young people due to spasm of cremasteric muscles of testis. No treatment needed usually.
