Intermittent gall-bladder type pain.
Hello. I am a 19 year old male with a lean build and no excess body fat. I do eat foods high in fat regularly as I work at McDonald's but do not otherwise have any health issues. There have been two times in the last year that I have had biliary colic type pain after eat and I'm very worried as to why I would have gallstones as I do not fit the demographic whatsoever. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac and would like to know if you have ever seen gallstones in a teen boy who is otherwise healthy.

Yes. Although less common but gall bladder stones can be seen in teenage. The youngest I have treated was 12 years. The cause of gall stones in young  age is different than the stones seen in other age groups. Again I would suggest you to get ultrasonography of the abdomen done and confirm the same rather than just doubting it. Symptoms of gastritis are usually the same as gall stone disease.
Next Steps
plet get ultrasound of the abdomen done
